    3. At this point, your assigned writer will complete your ordered paper which will then be delivered to your Personal order page in a .pdf preview version. The MS Word version of the order will be automatically provided to you after you click on the "Approve" button in the "Files" list of your Personal order page. You should also receive an email notification for each new message received from the writer. Regardless, it is your responsibility to check your personal page from time to time in case the writer has any questions regarding your order.

  • We always do our best to assign the most appropriate writer to work on your paper; however, it is still possible that on rare occasions the writer is not found. If this does occur, we issue a full refund for you.

    If you request for the revision of the finished paper to be completed by a different writer, and a suitable one is not found, our Dispute Resolution Specialist reviews your claim and proceeds with an appropriate refund after you request it.
